    CURRENT 2024 YOGA SCHEDULE (all classes on ZOOM)
    (please note, studio in Burlington ​is officially CLOSED)

    Mondays, 10:30-11:30am:
    Free Chair Yoga class 
    (this is still a decent yoga "workout" and also a meditative reset, and many who do not "NEED" to do yoga in a chair still attend for the fun and "yoga effect"~feel free to come and try...and PLEASE, DO SHARE with anyone you feel can benefit)


    Wednesdays, 5-6pm (coming soon!):
    ONE-HOUR Yoga - Basic All-level class

    Saturdays, 10:30am-12pm:

    Basic All-level class


    ALL ARE WELCOMED!!​

    To REGISTER:  please sign up on email list form below, & Zoom link and further details will be sent to your email prior to each class. 
    Also, if you have any questions or if you have any special needs, please call or text Majah at (609)-332-7569 before attending at class.  Modifications can be given  for most postures.


    With the intent to keep the practice accessible,
    all classes are offered on a (comfortable) donation basis;
