7 Beginner classes to really get a feel for yoga!
Beginner classes are offered on Saturday mornings from 10:30am-12 noon and Tuesday evenings, 5:45-7:15pm. Includes handouts and a curriculum of basic understanding for Hatha Yoga, basic asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), philosophy & Ayurveda (diet & lifestyle)...to register please contact Majah..
Beginner Drop-in classes-$10/each
You are welcome to attend any Beginner class as a drop-in. Beginner classes are offered on Saturday mornings from 10:30am-12 noon and Tuesday evenings, 5:45-7:15pm.
You do not have to pre-register for the class-you are welcome to just show up-but please do not eat heavy for 2 hours prior.
